Having issues finding your order? We'd love to help you out. Please follow these simple steps to get you started.


  • Amazon.com provides a useful support link to track your Amazon order.
  • On the Amazon.com site, click Your orders. You'll be prompted to log if you haven't done so already.
  • On the Your Orders page, scroll down to find the order containing your unit.
  • When you've found your order, click Track package.
  • Confirm that your delivery address is accurate.
  • Under Shipment Details, look for your tracking number. If more information is available about your package, you'll see it here. You can also use the tracking number to track the package on the carrier's website.
